Latino Broadcasting is a family of brands that serves to connect people in Houston and around the world more deeply to God through radio, community events, online content, and mobile apps. Our family of brands include Latino Broadcasting, Vida Unida, NGEN Radio, HOPE ON DEMAND, Special Events, and AMEN: The Prayer App. Latino Broadcasting is a 501(C)3 tax-exempt, Texas nonprofit corporation.
Latino Broadcasting is committed to respecting your online privacy and security. This Privacy Policy incorporates by reference and is designed to work with LBC’s Terms of use Policy and Gift Acceptance Policy. LBC has designed our websites and online platforms so that, in general, you can visit us online without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. We will not collect personally identifiable information from you, other than what you supply to us on a voluntary basis. If you choose to provide us with personal information, (such as your name, age, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, email address, credit card number) to sign up for a newsletter, participate in a contest, make a donation, participate in forums, blogs or bulletin boards, you can be assured that it will only be used to support your relationship with LBC, that we have taken appropriate steps to protect it, and that LBC will not willfully disclose your personal information to any third party without first receiving your permission. • Personal Information we actively collect on the website:
Your name and email address, age and/or DOB, mailing address, phone number, job title, and company, may be requested to receive newsletters and/or to participate in contests or promotions, or research panels, and in the case of donations, credit card information including your card number, expiration date and other information necessary to process the transaction. If you donate via check, we will ask for account and bank information. This information is used to respond to your questions to us, for contests, promotions, and research panels, and to complete transactions such as credit card donations and signing up for email newsletters or mass email notifications.
• Non-personal Information—collected passively on website:
The only information passively collected by the LBC website is what Internet browser and/or plug-ins you use, your operating system version, and your public IP address. We do not use tracking cookies or collect any other information about you, or your computer.
• Child Protections
LBC is particularly sensitive about guarding the privacy of children. LBC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent except as noted below.
PARENTS: We will seek your consent before collecting any personal information knowingly from your child. (However, we will not seek your consent where a child has merely subscribed to our email newsletter and not provided demographic information.) By participating in the Donor Process, either using this website or tools (such as US mail) indicated herein, donors are required to provide identifying Personal Information as listed above, including specific financial information such as credit card or bank account information necessary to process the transaction and provide the necessary tax information about your donation. Donors acknowledge and agree that they are under no obligation to become a donor and provision of this information is completely voluntary. Donors further understand that the terms of this Privacy Policy shall control to all information provided, in addition to the Terms of Use for this website, LBC gift Acceptance and State Disclosure as provided. LBC uses industry standard security measures (SSL) and third-party processors to process this information designed to protect and secure the Personal information collected. To update or delete your Personal Information, Donors may contact Donor Care Services at the number below.
4. Use of Personal Information
LBC will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to others. We will not intentionally share your personal information with any third party except: (i) when we have your consent to share your information (a) to complete a credit card or bank transaction in which case we will only use companies who employ similar privacy protections to secure your personal information, or (b) to ministry partners for expressed ministry-related events or purposes such as a contest, (ii) when we are required by law to do so or in the event of legal action arising from information posted by you, or (iii) in the event of exigent circumstances, such as when there are reasons to believe, based on information posted by you, that there is risk of harm to yourself or to another.

LBC is committed to ensuring the security of your information. LBC employs a strict “no spam” policy. You can be assured if you sign up for an email or newsletter; you will only receive that email or newsletter. If you no longer want to receive emails or newsletters, please send us an email at info@latinobc.com with the subject “REMOVE FROM MAILING LIST.” If you have questions or comments about this Policy, our use of your personal information, would like to verify the accuracy of our records containing your personal information, or feel that this site is not following the policies we have described here, please contact us.
